PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT

Time management and public speaking should not be a barrier to achieving our dreams. Young girls have to constantly acquire skills to better themselves in order reach their full potential.

FINANCIAL LITERACY & ENTREPRENEURSHIP

We organise workshops on financial literacy and invite women entrepreneurs working in different sectors to share their journeys to becoming financially independent. Participants get the opportunity to ask questions; from how one can conquer their fears to how one can find the capital to start a small business.  We love to see women inspiring younger girls.

PROJECT PLANNING

We all have big or small dreams that we want to fulfill, but it takes planning to get to fulfill them. During the program, students have the opportunity to think, plan, and present their dream project while collaborating with other ambitious girls.

SEXUAL AND REPRODUCTIVE HEALTH

We want to talk about "IT" because we think that it is the only way we can help young women make the right decision for their life. Thanks to the Abarundikazi Period Movement, we hold discussions about menstruations, high school dating and everything in between.

ARTS & CRAFTS

Channeling our creative selves through painting, decorating, gift wrapping and so many artsy activities. What a wonderful way to spend summer holidays!

NETWORKING AND SOCIAL ACTIVITIES

Getting to know other fellow Sisters In Success, visiting the first art gallery in Burundi,  discussing about our future in 2045 with the UN, or playing "horo" are some of the best highlights of our program. However, nothing beats the famous gift exchange known as "Amis inconnus".
